What is the offer?
Purchase $60 of select P&G products before taxes, shipping, and fees and after any discounts have been applied, and in a single transaction (for SamsClub.com, transaction must use a single method of purchase, i.e., Curbside Pickup, Same-Day Delivery, Shipping) at Sam’s Club locations or online at SamsClub.com or through the Sam’s Club app to earn a $15 Sam’s Club eGift Card. Qualifying purchases must occur in club or, for Curbside Pickup, Scan & Go™ checkout, Shipping, or Same-Day Delivery online at www.SamsClub.com or via the Sam’s Club app. Purchases from any 3rd party company including but not limited to Instacart.com do not qualify and will be rejected if submitted to the Program. Promotion valid for consumers with a valid email address and Sam’s Club membership number. Residents of US territories (including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa) are not eligible for this Program. The purchase period begins September 27, 2023, at 7:00:00 AM PDT and ends on October 24, 2023, at 11:59:59 PM PDT. All submissions must be submitted no later than October 31, 2023, at 11:59:59 PM PDT. Any Curbside Pickup purchases not picked up before the program purchase end date of October 24, 2023, will not be deemed eligible purchases for this program. Redemption valid on final sales only; void if purchased participating brands are returned.
When does the P&G Sam's Club 2023 program begin?
Purchases made beginning September 27, 2023, at 7:00:00 AM PDT through October 24, 2023, at 11:59:59 PDT are eligible for the offer.
When is the last date to submit my receipt?
All submissions must be submitted online no later than October 31, 2023, at 11:59:59 PM PDT.
How many eGift Cards can I receive?
The offer limit is one $15 Sam’s Club eGift Card per Sam’s Club Membership Number over the entire program purchase period, 9/27/23 – 10/24/23.

Do purchases on qualifying items made on SamsClub.com or the Sam’s Club App qualify towards the $60 purchase minimum?
Yes, all purchases of participating P&G products at Sam’s Club qualify, whether purchased in club or through the Sam’s Club app or online via www.SamsClub.com or through the Sam’s Club app for Shipping, Curbside Pickup, or Same-Day Delivery qualify (for SamsClub.com , transaction must use a single method of purchase, i.e., Curbside Pickup, Same-Day Delivery, Shipping). Purchases from any 3rd party company, including but not limited to Instacart.com , do not qualify and will be rejected if submitted to the program.
Who is eligible?
To participate, all members must have an email address where they can send and receive emails and a valid Sam’s Club membership number. Open to residents of the 50 states in the United States and the District of Columbia (the “Territory”), 18 years of age or older (19 or older in AL or NE, 21 or older in MS) and who are members of Sam’s Club at the time of participation.
How do I setup an account to participate in the P&G Sam's Club 2023 program?
It is required that you create an Account on www.PGSamsGet15.com to participate in the P&G Sam's Club 2023 program. To set-up an account, visit www.PGSamsGet15.com, provide the information in the required fields including a valid email address and Sam’s Club membership number. To complete the setup, click “Create Account.”
Can I set up multiple Accounts?
No. Once a valid email address and/or Sam’s Club membership number has been used to set up an account, neither the email address nor the membership number will be permitted to be used for any other account to participate in the P&G Sam’s Club 2023 program.

How do I submit my receipt(s)?
When you visit www.PGSamsGet15.com, log into your account and click ”Continue” to get started. Follow the instructions via the steps and images provided or watch the ”How To” videos for help. If you have not yet created an account at PGSamsGet15.com, simply click the “Create Account” button & follow the prompts to create your account.
Can my qualifying purchase be made over multiple shopping trips?
No, qualifying purchases must be made in a single transaction and through one method of purchase (for SamsClub.com, transaction must use a single method of purchase, i.e., Curbside Pickup, Same-Day Delivery, Shipping). Any amount less than $60 spent on participating brands will not be eligible for a $15 Sam’s Club eGift Card. Any amount that exceeds a $60 purchase of participating brands will NOT apply to any subsequent submission for an additional Sam’s Club eGift Card. Further, the $60 purchase must be met before taxes, shipping and fees and after any other discounts have been applied.

Once you log into your account at PGSamsGet15.com, you will be re-directed to our Home Page and will see the status of your receipt submission and gift card.
How do I access my digital receipt on SamsClub.com?
To access your digital receipt on samsclub.com, you must first log into your account on samsclub.com. To do so from a desktop computer, visit samsclub.com and click the account “Sign In” icon at the top right and then sign in by entering your registered email address and password and click the “Sign In” button. Once you are in your account, hover over your registered name, and click “Purchase History.” For in-club purchases, including Scan & Go™ checkout, click on “In club purchases.” For Curbside Pickup, Shipping, and Same-Day Delivery, click “Online orders.” Find the desired receipt and click “See details.” On the next screen, click “Print receipt.” For “Online order” receipts, a pop-up window will appear. Choose to save as a PDF. For “In club Purchase” receipts, simply scroll down the page for “Download.” Click to download.
If you cannot remember your password while logging into SamsClub.com, please click “Forgot password.” Enter the email associated with your account and click “Continue.” A link will be sent to your registered email address to reset your password. Click the link and reset your password with the given specifications on the screen.
Can I submit an emailed receipt from Samsclub.com for my Curbside Pickup, Shipping, or Same Day Delivery order?
Emails from Sam’s Club for Curbside Pickup, Shipping and Same-Day Delivery orders do not provide all the required information to validate the purchase and are therefore not accepted. Only receipts downloaded from SamsClub.com or downloaded from the Sam’s Club app will be accepted.
When will I receive my Sam's Club eGift Card?
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for receipt processing. However, processing may, on occasion, take longer. At time of submission, you will be notified of the approximate processing time. Once your receipt has been processed, you will receive notification and an estimate of expected arrival for your eGift card if your receipt is valid.
Does my Sam's Club eGift Card expire?
No, there is no expiration date for the Sam's Club eGift Card.
How can I check the balance on my eGift Card?
What do I do if my Sam's Club eGift Card is lost or stolen?
P&G is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Treat your eGift card as cash.
How many eGift cards can I earn per submission?
Only one (1) eGift Card can be earned per valid submission at www.PGSamsGet15.com. There is a limit of one (1) eGift Card per Membership Number.
What do I do if my eGift Card was sent to a deleted email address?

My PGSamsGet15.com account shows that I have a valid receipt, but I haven’t received my eGift Card yet. What do I do?
If your receipt was processed & found to be valid, you should expect to receive your eGift card within 4-6 weeks. However, processing may, on occasion, take longer.

Your Sam’s Club membership number can be found in your account profile on SamsClub.com or in the Sam’s Club App or on the back of your physical membership card. You can also access instructions on how to find your membership number on PGSamsGet15.com.
